This is one of Woodlake's finest studio locations. Situated right at the edge of one of the neighborhood pools, it is like having your own pool in a lovely garden. The advantage is the enormous patio that is great for entertaining. It gets sun for hours a day if you want to grow tomatoes for instance. It has just been painted and has new carpet. The amenities at Woodlake are myriad and varied....I know because I live here, right across the path from 814. The clubhouse boasts a huge gym as well as sauna's for both the men's and ladies areas. They have locker rooms, showers, everything. Lots of activities, tennis courts (4 and lighted). Main pool is huge and heated all year long. We have a shopping center adjacent, with Safeway, Starbucks, Round Table Pizza, Wing Stop, CVS, a Hair Cutting Salon, Nail Salon, Dry Cleaners, and a tutoring business. Perfect for non drivers and also near bus stops! This is resort living all year long. Y'all come, hear?
