Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any remaining dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
